Rhythms in Me is a book filled with poems that span over 20 years. This is my first poetry book and there is no one specific theme, I included it all within these 79 pages. I named the book Rhythms in Me because I believe that the stories we tell, and the way that we tell them all have a certain rhythm. These poems are my rhythms. I write what I feel, and I write it the way that I hear it flow and more so the way that I feel it flow. I don't focus on any particular style, I just write.
